The user management menu can be accessed by system administrators through the “Menu> Administrative> Users”. When accessing the environment a list of users will be shown to you as shown below.
In this list are presented icons representing the situation regarding the access of each user:
It will be displayed when the user is not locked but has never accessed the system.
It will be displayed when the users are blocked from the system, they will not be able to access the system regardless of their profile or number of accesses already made.
E-mail Invitation: A new invitation will be sent by e-mail to the chosen user, the invitation will follow the layout defined in the system settings (In this invitation your password will not be available).
Change Password: Through this button it will be possible to generate a new password to the chosen user, this temporary password (random) will be sent to the email of the user who had the password changed.
Remove: Button available to exclude users from the system, users who have already made some access to the system or are responsible for certain actions on the system can not be deleted, in this case it is recommended that only be blocked.
Inserting a new user
By clicking on the “Insert User” button, you will be redirected to a new user’s registration screen as shown below:
Filling Information:
Fields represented by a * are required. It is recommended that the password be composed of letters and numbers with more than 6 characters (the password currently registered is provisional and should be reset after the first login in the system). The Profile will define what the user can access within the system (more information). Send Invitation: Check this option if you want to send an e-mail invitation to the registered user. This invitation will contain the layout registered in the system settings (more information).
Editing a user
By clicking the edit button, you will be redirected to the selected user’s registration screen as shown below, in addition to changing registration information (with the exception of the password), you can block the user’s access for an indefinite period:
