While creating a form you can configure if this form allows you to enter a new level at run time, this type of form can be used for the account manager to further detail your expenses/revenues. It is important to note that this type of form will not be the budget manager who will detail the levels, will be the manager of the form.
This feature is only available for forms with levels defined between (1 and 2). To allow level insertion during execution, check the “Insert level during execution” option:
During form execution, if the form manager decides that you need to add more members in a level, he can do this at run time as shown in the figure below:
