Working with versions
Not always the budget planning achieved can be viable all year round, the creation of new versions is often inevitable, so the famous budget reviews emerge.
In Planning the creation of new versions of a budget is very simple, despite the numerous difficulties faced for creating revisions when the budget is made in spreadsheets.
Creating a new version is available in the Budget Maintenance menu, choose the budget to be reviewed

The process of creating the new version may take a while, wait for its conclusion.

In this process the system will duplicate the entire structure in the selected budget, and will only keep the last step of the workflow (where values are considered).
To make the necessary changes, simply place those forms that have their values as pending.
The changes made will have no impact on the original budget, only on the revised budget.
